TK6800 is a calibration device dedicated to transformer testers. The calibration objects include transformer no-load loss testers, transformer capacity testers and transformer short-circuit impedance testers. Reference standard: DL/T 1256-2013 General Specification of Transformer Tester for No-load Loss and Load Loss.

☆ No-load or Load Test, Short Circuit Impedance Test |
• When calibrating the no-load tester, TK6800 can switch the output transformer rated voltage or 50%~100% rated current, adjust the power output, realize the simulation of no-load and load loss, and calibrate the no-load tester. • During the load test, the short-circuit impedance value can also be obtained at the same time to complete the calibration of the short-circuit impedance tester. Parameters can be used for transformer capacity calculations. |
☆ Capacity Test |
• When calibrating the capacity tester, TK6800 selects the corresponding gear according to the resistance value obtained by the short-circuit impedance test. Set the voltage output according to the calibration coefficient and measure the tester output current value. Calculate and determine the transformer capacity value through the obtained short-circuit impedance voltage and actual short-circuit impedance value, and calibrate the capacity tester. |

• TK6800 standard source output has high stability. It adopts the design principle of closed-loop negative feedback system, which can measure and adjust the output power value in real time, ensure the real-time stability of the output, and can perform high repeatability measurement for a long time. The typical stability of AC voltage/current output is 0.005%/min. |
☆ Easy to operate |
• TK6800 can directly set the calibration point of no-load loss or directly set the capacity value and short-circuit impedance value for testing, without the need for the user to set the voltage value and current value one by one after calculation. |
