1. Summary
The TK4860 series is a series of high-efficiency testing instruments specially developed to address the problems of complex wiring, difficult handling, low testing efficiency, and high cost during the on-site testing of AC charging stations.
TK4860E is one of the all-in-one portable instruments specially designed for on-site metrological testing of AC charging stations for electric vehicles. It is available in single-phase and three-phase options. Among them, the single-phase TK4860E-S instrument integrates a single-phase 8kW load internally. In addition to the single-phase 8kW load integrated inside the single-phase TK4860E-T instrument, it can also be connected to an external high-power AC resistive load or electric vehicle.
During testing, the charging stations can be calibrated directly according to the preset calibration points. The instrument is operated through a wireless tablet. A single device can complete the single-phase charging stations working error and clock time error test. It is also easy to carry and can be easily completed by a single person for on-site testing of charging stations.
2. Features
• The single-phase TK4860E-S has a built-in 8 kW single-phase AC load and does need to carry additional loads for testing to complete the testing of single-phase chargers.
• In addition to the built-in 8 kW single-phase AC load, the three-phase TK4860E-T can also be cascaded with three-phase 45kW resistive loads or electric vehicles, and can complete the testing of single-phase chargers or three-phase chargers.
• Wide dynamic range measurement technology avoids measurement risks caused by fluctuations in charging stations output.
• The ms-level energy refresh speed reduces the error caused by the asynchronous accumulation of electric energy between charging stations and standard instruments, and improves the measurement accuracy of accumulated electric energy.
• Integration: A single device integrates the power measurement module, charging control guidance circuit, 8 kW single-phase AC load, etc. A single device can complete the working error testing of the AC charger, effectively improving efficiency;
• Fixed power: The system can preset the charging power and automatically control the start and stop of the charger.
• Waveform distortion measurement: It has the function of measuring voltage and current waveform distortion.
• Clock verification function: real-time clock display, which can complete the clock time error test of the charger.
• Temperature probe: A wired temperature probe is standard, which can complete on-site temperature measurement.
• Bluetooth temperature and humidity meter (optional accessory): An optional Bluetooth temperature and humidity meter can be connected to a tablet via Bluetooth to complete on-site temperature and humidity measurements and automatically record data.
• Traceable calibration: with dedicated calibration terminals to facilitate instrument calibration.
• Wireless tablet operation allows you to save on-site information by taking photos and complete automatic testing.
• With its own display screen, the working error test can be completed directly on the lower computer display screen.
• High reliability: The load uses high-reliability alloy resistors, which support 8 hours of continuous full-load operation. The equipment will not experience abnormalities such as overheating, and the measurement accuracy can be ensured.
• Safety protection: equipped with overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, abnormal wind speed protection, and emergency stop switch;
• Portable: By fixing the calibration points and loads, the weight and volume of the equipment are minimized. It is also equipped with special retractable pull rods and rollers, so a single person can easily complete on-site inspections.
• Power supply mode: supports three modes: mains power supply, gun head power supply and built-in lithium battery power supply.
