1. Summary
TY2200 is a device dedicated to automatically measuring the magnetic field distribution on the surface of magnetic materials and motor rotors. It mainly consists of a test platform (with built-in digital Tesla meter, probe positioning device, rotating chuck, motion controller), computer and software. It can perform fully automatic three-dimensional scanning of the surface of the sample, automatically calculate the surface magnetic distribution of the magnetic material, the magnetic parameters of each pole, and draw the surface magnetic distribution curve.
2. Features
• Digital Tesla Meter: Measurement range: 0~2000 mT, minimum resolution: 10 μT, measurement uncertainty up to 0.5%.
• Hall Probe: The probe sensing chip is encapsulated by wear-resistant material, which is elastic and not easy to break.
• Rotating Test Platform: The test platform is equipped with a rotating chuck, which is driven by a precision motor to drive the sample under test to rotate in the W-axis direction.
• Positioning Device: driven by a precision motor, the software can drive the Hall probe to achieve precise movement.
• High Load Capacity: It can test large motor rotors weighing up to 50kg.
• Motion Control: Motion control has two modes: software automatic control and button manual control.
• Light Grating Alarm: The test platform is equipped with a light grating alarm system to ensure safe operation.
• Pneumatic Chuck (optional): Programmable to facilitate quick clamping of samples under test.
• Scanner (optional accessory): You can quickly input sample information by scanning the QR code on the sample.

• Ring Specimen Testing: It can measure cylindrical permanent magnets, multi-pole magnetic rings, magnetic tiles, large, medium and small motor rotors, magnetic rollers and other specimens.
