TI5300 AC DC Current Sensor Testing Device
1. Summary
TI5300 is an instrument dedicated to testing sensors. It consists of an AC and DC current standard source, a sensor output power measurement module and an auxiliary power supply. It can directly measure the ratio difference, angular difference, power consumption and other parameters of the current sensor.

• The sensor was tested using the standard source method.
• DC current output: ±(60 mA ~ 120 A), class 0.01
• AC current output: 60 mA ~ 120 A, class 0.02
• Sine wave frequency: 40 Hz ~ 1 kHz
• Built-in sensor secondary output power measurement module
• Built-in sensor auxiliary power supply and power consumption measurement module
• Supports testing of sensor ratio difference and angle difference.
• Equipped with a transfer box, it can be adapted to a variety of sensor output interfaces.

3. Application
☆ Test AC and DC Sensors |

• Use standard source method, that is, the TI5300 outputs the standard current I1 to the sensor being tested, and simultaneously measures its secondary output signal to detect the ratio difference, angular difference, linearity, etc. of the DUT. • Sensor auxiliary power supply: adjustable within the range of DC ±(5.0 V~50.0 V), supporting power consumption measurement. • Configure a transfer box to adapt to various sensor output interfaces such as DB9 serial port. • Suitable for testing DC current sensors of class 0.05 and below, and AC current sensors of class 0.1 and below. |

• TI5300 comes standard with an adjustable power supply within the range of DC ±(5.0 V ~ 50.0 V), no external power supply is required. • It supports the input power impact test of the sensor and can also measure the power consumption of the sensor. |
