TY3500 Pipe Inner Wall Oxide Scale Tester
1. Summary
TY3500 is a portable pipe inner wall oxide scale tester. It is designed using a high-speed microprocessor and a low-drift electronic integrator. It applies the electromagnetic measurement principle and can be used with an iron sheet magnetic permeameter to quickly and effectively test the peeling and accumulation situation of oxide scale inside stainless steel pipes, eliminating the risk of pipe explosion caused by excessive oxide scale on the pipeline, and provide effective data support for the overall oxidation and corrosion status of the boiler stainless steel tube heating surface through oxide scale testing.
It has the advantages of reliable performance, easy operation and high signal-to-noise ratio. This instrument is powered by a lithium battery internally and does not require a power supply during testing. It is suitable for outdoor testing. It can be charged once and used for a long time.
