TD9100 is a system specialized in online and real-time testing of magnetic properties for cold-rolled silicon steel. By quickly magnetizing and measuring the steel strip running on the production line and using real-time signals such as thickness, speed, and stress, it converts them to measurement results such as iron loss, magnetic field strength, and magnetic flux density, achieving online monitoring of point data for iron loss (P1.0~P1.7) or magnetic induction (J100~J1000), and drawing a P-L curve corresponding to the loss and steel strip length L.
