1.Overall Intro of TK4850E DC EV Charging Station Testing Device


TK4850E is a portable all-in-one device specifically designed for on-site testing of DC EV chargers. The accuracy is class 0.1 and class 0.05. The device is equipped with a built-in 8kW DC load, and the load can be cascaded up to 240kW.

The instrument integrates a small DC load, supports load expansion, and supports using new energy vehicles as loads. TK4850E is operated through a wireless tablet. A single device can complete the working error and clock time error test of the DC EV chargers. It is easy to carry and a single person can easily complete the on-site verification of the DC EV chargers.

After connecting the tested EV charge pile to TK4850E DC EV Charging Station Testing Device, use the tablet for the following working error and clock time error testing. Click to enter the testing plan selection and settings interface. Edit the testing points and input the voltage and current values according to the load.

Tablet Interface of The Testing Software


The charger visual inspection is designed for checking the appearance of the tested EV charger, to make sure the charger looks properly and basic functions are normal. Once it is finished, the working error/operating error testing starts. Generally, the software will test the charger two times and calculate the average error of the two measurements. Based on the average error, comparing it to the preset accumulated energy of the tested charger, the system will determine whether it is within the allowable error range and display the testing result as "Pass" or "Fail."

When the test is completed, the system will automatically enter the testing results display interface. The test results can be exported and printed.

The TK4850E supports load extension and can connect to high-power DC resistive loads for testing. The maximum load can be reached up to 240kW.
